My children are super excited today, they are going to a birthday party after school today. This is a birthday party they can’t wait to get to! It’s their Grandparents dog Jasper’s 2nd birthday. Since they arrived home they have busied themselves making cards and wrapping Jasper’s gift. He is getting a giant toy from Peter Alexander’s doggy range, that looks like pop corn only it says PUP CORN.
My daughter Aspen is particularly attached to Jasper, this is what she wrote on his card
To Jasper,you are so cute and you are growing up so fast. It feels like we only got you yesterday. I still remember when you first came to visit and I would cry when you left because I love you so much!Lots and lots of love from you BFF Aspen.
She has decorated it with love hearts and stickers. April has drawn a lovely puppy on hers and Adam has drawn him and Jasper.
I just love the way they love Jasper, and even though we now have a house full of pets ourselves it has never diminished the love and bond they share with their Grandparents dog.

We are back from the party, tired but very happy. The kids had such a fun night. Adam insisted on taking glow sticks and having a glow stick party. He has a glow stick obsession right now. Here’s a glow stick photo.
Jasper was pretty exhausted when we left.

Aw that is precious they get excited for and celebrate puppy birthdays. We do too and they’re so much fun! 🙂 This Saturday is our Charlie’s 8th birthday and I can’t wait to celebrate. 🙂
