Positive thinking evokes positive energy, which leads to the one thing we all need more of in our lives . . . Happiness! The more positive thoughts we have, the happier we will be. The happier we are, the happier the people around us become. When you walk into work, a store, or even just down the street and someone smiles at you it makes you feel happier. It’s infectious!
So what better moment than right now is there to make a list of what has made you feel happy this week?
Here’s my little list of happiness for the week.
My little boy, he had such fun with his 15 year old cousin and his Granddad playing beach cricket.
Walks on the beach!
My baby boy sleeping, OK he’s now 6, but still my baby boy. He slept with me whilst we camped this week, it was so sweet he gave me loads of kisses and hugs and he couldn’t stop giggling.
My daughter Aspen snorkelling, she saw an octopus!!
Adam drawing me on the beach.
Pool fun!
Aprils much loved (and worn out/faded) Teddy going everywhere with us and enjoying the garden.
Time with my kids, priceless. (note to self, buy April some sunglasses)
Hot days, with a cool sea breeze, perfection.
Coffee under the shade of a stripy umbrella.
Share with me some of the things that make you happy in my comment section below. And remember when you greet someone today greet them with a smile, think positive and send that positive energy to the people around you. Go on, pass on happiness!
Thanks for joining me, love Mackenzie xx

Looks like a grand time at the beach! I’m jealous. Weather has been mild this year but who knows what it’ll be like come February. We might get dumped on something fierce because we have some making up to do.
Enjoy yourselves and have a great weekend my friend. xoxoo
