He may only be six, but he has me wrapped around his cheeky little finger. My son is of course the cutest boy in the whole wide world (OK I am biased). I didn’t know I was having a boy, I had two beautiful daughters already and was perfectly happy to have another girl (despite many people insisting we must be wishing for boy, we really weren’t). The moment he was born though I wasn’t surprised at all, I looked at him and although I had planned on calling my baby Noah if it was a boy, it was like he spoke to me in that moment I held him for the first time and told me what his name was destined to be. My husband was shocked when I said what I wanted his name to be as he knew I had my heart set on Noah for the past 12 years! But my hubby much preferred our new choice of name. When I held him for the first time it is hard to explain how I felt, it was like all paths had led here and it was like I had known this moment was coming, it was a really comforting feeling, I felt I was home.
Our son is shy, very affectionate, sensitive, yet full of adventure! When he is comfortable with someone he is noisy and loads of fun. He adores his big sisters and luckily they adore him, although he also drives them crazy on a daily basis! He is curious, loves learning and rides his scooter so fearlessly that it freaks me out. He has changed our lives and I couldn’t imagine life without him.
A little while ago I read a post by Laura from Five Little Doves where she interview her 3 year old. I just loved it! Laura was sweet enough to send me a copy of the questions and so today I set out to interview my 6 year old, the following is the result.
