Anyone else indulge in a lot of chocolate over the Christmas break?

If you visit my website regularly then you will know I am all about living in the NOW and embracing the things that make us happy in life! For me that equals chocolate, and no not just over Christmas! But this post isn’t about chocolate lol.

I am a huge believer in surrounding ourselves with people, objects and possessions that make us feel happy, nurtured and inspired. When you walk into your home you should feel like you are in a place that reflects the best of you. I adore Christmas, to me it is the time of the year where hope fills the air. Children are so full of anticipation and even through the hustle and bustle there is a sense of something magical!

I wanted to capture some of that magic with my children this Christmas so I took them to buy some special new Christmas decor for our home. We also spent time leading up to Christmas celebrating with friends, and we headed into the city to experience some of the Melbourne Christmas fun!

Most of it is etched into my memory as I didn’t want a camera in hand the whole time. But I did manage to capture a few moments that we can look back on as a family for years to come.
