This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. So I am starting off this post by just checking in with you. One in Five people suffer with Mental Illness, so let’s make sure we make this week count, and check in on our friends and family. It seems we as a society have become great at texting, but maybe this week pick up the phone and call anyone you may be concerned about. Ask yourself . . . Has anyone been more distant lately, been withdrawn? Has anyone seemed down, or been upset a lot, crying or acting very irritable? Check in on them. You can make a difference!
It isn’t about fixing people, or knowing exactly what to say, it is about letting them know that they matter to you and that you care.
If you are struggling, reach out! Don’t be afraid to use your voice, you deserve to feel better, you deserve to be heard!
Please note the two posts I have chosen to link up this week will offer you both support ideas and guidance regarding your own health and wellbeing, as well as how to offer others much needed support. Let’s start supporting one another and work towards a healthier future.
It’s time for #AbloggingGoodTime Link Up. Hosted by myself and Katie from Mummyinatutu. We are super excited to see what you will link up this week! A blogging good time runs from Thursday to Saturday and all bloggers are welcome to link up one or two posts on any topic, family posts, parenting, health, inspirational, informative, self help, craft, days out, cooking, book reviews, photo series, funny posts, adventurous posts, we love them all.

Good call to alert us to the mental health challenges all around us.
Blessings to you!
Thank you x
Once again, I forgot about Mental Health Awareness week. I really wish they wouldn’t put it in my favorite month of the year where my favorite holiday is lol. Seriously though, I may be late but I will write something for next week. I’m not going to miss another one:)
Enjoy your favourite month!
